FÜM processes orders promptly to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery. As a result, order cancellations are subject to the limitations outlined below.
Cancellation Window
For the best chance of successfully cancelling your order, please submit your cancellation request within thirty (30) minutes of the order being placed.
For faster processing, cancellation requests should be sent from the same email address used to place the order. Requests submitted from a different email address may require additional verification, which can delay the cancellation process and may result in the order being processed before the request can be completed.
How to Request a Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by emailing [email protected]. Requests made through other channels, including phone calls or social media, will not be considered valid for cancellation purposes.
Please note: submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee that your order will be cancelled. All cancellations must be manually processed by our support team.
Timing & Fulfillment
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. Once an order has progressed into the fulfillment process - which includes picking, packing, and labeling - it may no longer be possible to cancel.
Orders that have not yet entered fulfillment may still be eligible for cancellation.
Before an order is labeled for shipment, its status will display as unfulfilled in your FÜM account dashboard. However, this status does not guarantee that cancellation is possible, as the order may already be in the fulfillment process.
Once an order has been labeled for shipment, its status will change to fulfilled, and tracking information will be sent via email. Orders in this stage cannot be cancelled.
After the 30-minute cancellation window has passed, cancellation requests may still be reviewed during support hours, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed and remains at FÜM’s discretion.
Confirmation
An order is not considered cancelled until you receive a cancellation confirmation email from our support team. If you do not receive confirmation, your order may continue to be processed and shipped.
Charges & Refunds
If a cancellation is successfully processed:
For orders that have already been charged, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
For orders that have been authorized but not yet charged, any pending charges will be reversed rather than refunded.
If the order has already entered fulfillment and cannot be cancelled, it will be delivered and will be subject to our Return Policy for eligible returns.
Cancellation at Our Discretion
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:
Suspected fraud or unauthorized use of payment methods
Stock availability issues or inventory errors
Violations of our Terms of Service
Regulatory or legal restrictions
Suspected abuse of promotions, discounts, or special offers
Payment failures or issues with processing
Agreement
By placing an order with FÜM, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Order Cancellation Policy.
You also understand that:
Cancellation requests must be processed manually by a FÜM customer service representative.
An order displaying as unfulfilled in your account does not guarantee that it can be cancelled.
While we do our best to fulfill cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee that a request can be processed if the order has already entered the fulfillment process.
Applicability
This policy applies to all orders placed on our website.
Subscription orders are governed separately by the Cores Club Terms and Conditions, as outlined in the Terms of Service available in the footer of the checkout page. Those terms apply in addition to this policy.
